Yubi Marketplace is a one-stop solution for all kinds of debt financing: Loans, Bonds, Co-Lending, or any other form of debt financing. At Yubi, we are committed to making it easier for you to find the right kind of deals and partnerships and reducing the turnaround time for deal completion as much as possible. We strongly believe that discovering deals as the primary step should be as easy as pie.
To achieve this, the latest update on Yubi makes the discovery of Bond and Co-Lending deals for investors via our Marketplace, and tracking of Bond & Co-Lending deals for both investors & borrowers via our Order Management System super easy.
Discovering New Bond, Co-Lending, and Supply-Chain Finance Deals: A Challenge
With the expanding scope of the debt marketplaces in India, Yubi is cognizant of the need for a single unified platform for cross-product discovery.
A one-place to discover all types of debt financing through its Marketplace is the fundamental tenet of Yubi.
Previously, investors had to toggle between Yubi Marketplace, Bond/Co-Lending/SCF section and contact the Yubi team to access potential deals and review them, thereby limiting the discovery and increasing turnaround time.
Tracking Bond, Co-Lending and Supply-Chain Finance Deals: An Even Bigger Challenge
An integrated order management system that would allow both investors and borrowers to see the current state of their deals across all products would hugely boost their trust in the Yubi platform and reduce the turnaround time. With the latest update, Bond & Co-Lending deals on the Yubi platform have now got a facelift with the clear demarcation of the deals’ stages, aiding in quick execution.
For example, when a Bond deal goes live, it will be seen in the Initiation stage within the unified and integrated order management system. Any expression of interest in the deal from the prospective buyer pushes the deal to the next stage, and it will reflect under the Discovery tab. After this, the deal moves to the negotiation stage, where both parties negotiate the price.
After a successful negotiation, the deal moves into the Finalization stage, which will also capture the date of the final trade. The last phase, Settlement, will be completed by the Investor after the settlement of the bond happens.
So, the stages can be summarized as follows:
Initiation > Discovery > Finalization > Settlement
Here’s how the Order Management page for the Seller looks like:
As for the buyer of the Bonds, of course, the stages would be:
Discovery > Finalization > Settlement
Here’s how the Order Management page for the buyer looks like:
The latest update also encompasses a comprehensible view for order management for the Supply-Chain Finance and Co-Lending deals, similar to the Bond deals.
